Have you been on the internet lately? If so, you probably have seen rumors of what the Nintendo Switch 2 will look like, feel like, and run like. Well. We got one of those answers today as Nintendo confirmed the Switch 2 does in fact exist and it looks bigger than the previous iteration. While not a huge difference, the Switch 2 ends up looking better suitable for bigger hands and also those with eyes of a bat. Yes, I am speaking about myself. One of the biggest complaints I had with the Switch was that in handheld mode, I felt like it was too small. Nintendo looks to remedy this and I am here for it!
While no other details have been showcased (other than backwards compatibility with your current Switch cartridges!), Nintendo states in the video that there will be a Nintendo Direct for the Switch 2 on April 2, 2025 where we can safely assume more will be released to us eager fans.
